When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. We do our best to pack and ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. We use USPS which can take 1-7 business days. Please allow 10 business days from placing the order, and connect with us if you have any questions about your order.

PLEASE NOTE: We'd love for you to have your order in hand as soon as possible, however, due to COVID-19, there may be a delay in shipping your order. 

I've used the wrong shipping address on my order. Would it be possible to change it now?

We may be able to fix it if you contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We ship to the shipping address entered when placing the order, so please make sure you double check the shipping address before submitting payment. We will not issue a refund for lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do, with a couple of caveats:

  • All our goods are shipped from the U.S. and accordingly may be subject to customs and VAT. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
  • Things will take a little longer to get to you. Expect to receive something 14-28 days from the time you place your order.

To minimize these inconveniences, we do our best to prioritize international orders and get them out as soon as possible, and offer the most reasonable shipping+handling rates possible.


Please make sure your order qualifies.
Your item is eligible for an exchange if:
– it is damaged or if the production quality was not as promised.
– it is returned within 15 days of receipt
– it was not purchased on final sale

Your item is eligible for a refund within 15 days of receiving order if:
+ you purchased it on
+ the item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
+ was not purchased on final sale

PLEASE NOTE: Your item(s) would have to be purchased directly from and not through a final sale to qualify for an exchange or a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.


Once a qualified refund is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Please contact us for a mailing address after you have prepared to send back your order—along with its original packing slip.
